Fatally missing registry entries».

Fatally missing registry entries.

Cannot connect to server — Fatally missing registry entries #956

Just to let you know, I’m a dev on the DNS Techpack and this is an issue I’ve been running into the last day or two which has completely stumped me. I apologise in advance if this is not an issue on your end., the only lead I have to go on is the log above.

Attempting to connect to a server throws the error A fatal error has occurred this connection is terminated or sometimes Fatally missing registry entries . Removing AR and LibVulpes eliminates the issues and connecting works fine, every time. I’ve tried with and without both optifine and Foamfix. I’ve tested on 2 servers now both with the same issues.

The weird thing is, the configs are synced for both server and client as they both download the same .zip file. (Using ATLauncher) And loading the client for the first time seems to allow you to connect, but after the client is closed once, it seems that the issue starts. Using git diff there are no differences at all on the clientside.

Just so reaffirm, there is no crash, it just wont let you connect. There is nothing logged server side other than ‘Player disconnected’, so the above log is all I have to go on. I’ve extracted the relevant bit, which is wen someone attempts to connect.

The above stacktrace appears to cause the problem, but I cannot confirm. If you need any more info let me know.

The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:

It happens for more than 1 person and across 2 servers. Initially 1 person was able to connect to both, but after a client restart they were unable to connect to either of them.

I have since updated the config zip that gets downloaded and the issue has not come back for 1 of the servers. Although, i am waiting for the server to restart or crash to see of people can still connect after the server restarts. The other server removed AR so the issue is not there either.

Sigh back again with yet another issue. So i didnt make a real server because quite frankly ive never been able to make one before theres always some issue (and i didnt really have the money to use a server hoster). So with the person i wanted to play with actually being here irl with me i figured id just make a local server and avoid all the server hassle except when i tried to add a few new mods to the already existing modpack it made them unable to join. when they first try to join it gives this error:

«Fatally missing registry entries»

when they join a second time it gives them this error:

«internal exception: com.google.common.util.concurrent.uncheckedExecutionException: java.lang.illegalStateException: Recipe minecraft:wheat ([email protected]) produces unregistered item minecraft:wheat ([email protected])»

Any other attempts to join give the second error again, with the error being wheat i thought maybe there was something wrong with the mod i added called «skyes bakery» but after removing the mod for both players the error stayed the same. other mods i added were «mushroom quest», «minecraft earth mod», and «gaia dimension». not sure if maybe those mods could be breaking it but id really like to keep them unless its an incompatibility issue (thats why i didnt just remove them to fix the problem because it doesnt feel like problem is incompatibility but i also dont really know how to read errors lol)

Im having a hard time figuring out what do because all the threads for this error involve real servers and my local world folder doesnt seem to have any of those folders they say i need to work with. Tried clearing both our client configs, in those threads it seems im supposed to match client and server configs/mods/versions but i dont see any of those for my world qwq

heres the latest logs from both myself and my boyfriend playing in dropbox form again because theyre super long eee

Thank to anyone who tries to help i appreciate it, i hope it can get resolved because local is so easy but if its a problem with local modded servers ill start working to create my own again qwq or maybe someone could suggest a good server host for big custom modpacks good for just a few friends ? because from the few i looked at already theyre expensive for what i need, at least for not having much money lol

Edit: one more side not im not looking to fix this issue by just remaking the world because 1. already invested time into it and 2. im sure ill find some other cool mod that ill end up wanting to add or maybe i need to update a mod and that cause the same issue. so i cant just remake the world every time i want to add a new mod/update.

Bug Fatally Missing Registry Entries

I joined a multiplayer server that definitely worked yesterday. I saw the error in title first, then I retried and I saw this one.

Then I saw this one after wiping the local config

UPDATE: changing the clock back to 2019 supposedly fixed this

UPDATE 2: ok, swell, we restarted the server and now it works without a date change. GG team

I experienced this the moment my server (east coast) ticked midnight 2020. I have clients in several time zones.
Similar errors.

Folks that WERE running and actively connected to the server during the new year stayed connected. Folks that joined shortly after were greeted with that error. Folks that were running during the switch and stayed online after midnight were not able to reconnect after logging off.

Changing the clock is not working in this instance, as it causes issues with authentication.

Server side set to 23:30 12/31/19
Client side also set to the same.

Restarted server and client.

Encountered same error. I pasted the last few lines from the client here.

I wonder if this error is associated with the issue, since "Santa" likely is time dependent.

[16:01:09] [Server thread/ERROR] [FML]: Unidentified mapping from registry minecraft:villagerprofessions
[16:01:09] [Server thread/ERROR] [FML]: stevescarts:santa: 16
[16:01:09] [Server thread/WARN] [FML]: Forge Mod Loader detected missing registry entries.
There are 1 missing entries in this save.
If you continue the missing entries will get removed.
A world backup will be automatically created in your saves directory.
Missing minecraft:villagerprofessions:
stevescarts:santa
Run the command /fml confirm or or /fml cancel to proceed.
Alternatively start the server with -Dfml.queryResult=confirm or -Dfml.queryResult=cancel to preselect the answer.

I can confirm that my Sky Adventures is also encountering identical issues, Stoneblock on the other hand runs as I would expect.
